Description: Are you feeling tired and unable to get motivated? Do you crave food that doesn't satisf your hunger? Do you see yourself in a negative way? Does the thought of exercise brin gyou down and overwhelm you? Well it's time to get on God's fitness plan. Let's bless Him with a home that is healthy and fit spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
In this group you will be given Godly, practical ways of looking at excercise and nutrition. You will gain knowledge on the body, nutrition, biochanics, and types of excercise. You will be empowered to make healthy choices, become more disciplined, and you will learn partner work-outs, kickboxing, and forms of movement and dance.
This group will focus on the imprtance of how God sees us and how providing a healthy home for His Holy Spirit not only blesses us but it blesses Him. It's time to see things through His eyes and glorify Him through healthy living.
All women are welcome no matter your fitness level or condition.

1st Month's Focus: Nutrition, Stretching, and Praise Walking
2nd Month's Focus: Plyometrics and Isometrics
3rd Month's Focus: Dance, Movement and Praise
4th Month's Focus: Kickboxing and Circuit Training
5th Month's Focus: Body Weight Resistance and Partner Workouts
- This class is meant to encourage, inform, and strengthen.
- Nutrition will be discussed at beginning of most classes.
- Information handouts will be given out the first and second class of each month.
What You Will Need: Exercise mat or beach towel, journal, water, small towel, and a big smile!
